Payment and cancellation conditions

Please read carefully the following payment and cancellation conditions, which apply to bookings made through the website.
Payment terms
Bank transfer details
Advance payment: To confirm your reservation, please initiate the transfer of 100% of the total amount within 48 hours of the booking to the following bank account:

- Press release: Please quote the booking reference number, which you will find in the confirmation email.
If payment is not received within 2 days of making the booking, we will unfortunately be unable to hold the booking for you. If there are any issues with the bank transfer, please contact us so that we can hold the booking for you.
Cancellation conditions
- Free cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, we will refund the full amount paid.
- Cancellation during a chargeable period: If the booking is cancelled between the 14th and 7th day prior to arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled after the 7th day prior to arrival, the amount is non-refundable.
